Assistant Bellingham City Attorney and Navy Reserve Officer Les Reardanz returned recently from helping to establish the rule of law in Afghanistan, a country where the concept is virtually unknown in many regions. Reardanz will relate his experiences and discuss the international community’s efforts to assist the Afghan people.
