The elected 42nd LD Democrat is Rep. Kelli Linville - D-42, WA State House, position 2.
The District covers the northern and western portion of Whatcom County,
with the exception of a portion of the City of Bellingham generally
south of Lakeway Drive and the WWU Campus, and the watershed of the
Lake Whatcom Reservoir, which lie in the 40th LD.
