The Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center’s Peacebuilder
Awards Ceremony. Peace activist Ellen Murphy will be among the honorees. Ellen will join her attorney Joseph Pemberton, Senior Assistant City Attorney Peter Ruffato, Deputy Police Chief David Doll, and Mediator Rob Kelly in accepting this award.

They were chosen for their decision and efforts to mediate a dispute in good faith and in the spirit of goodwill. Local Attorney and Mediator Cat Zavis will be the honoree in the business category.
