Whatcom MS Benefit
Upfront Theatre to host benefit performance at Bellingham High School for Whatcom Middle School Fire.
The Upfront Theatre will perform a show at Bellingham High School's auditorium to raise money for the students and teachers of the Whatcom Middle School fire on Thursday, December 17th at 8pm.
The show will be improvised comedy and 100% of the show proceeds will be donated to help repurchase school supplies and items lost by students and teachers in the fire on November 5th. The show will consist of performers from The Upfront Theatre and one of the performers, Sally Unger, happens to also be a teacher for Whatcom Middle School.
"The Upfront is excited to help members of our community to come together and contribute to Whatcom Middle School in a positive and impactful way," said Galen Emanuele, sales and marketing director for the Upfront. "It's really nice to be able to use humor and fun as a means to do that."
Tickets for the event are $15 for adults, $10 for students and are available through The Upfront Theatre's box office from 12-3pm Wednesday through Friday or online at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/91674
