Dismantling Corporate Rule

A two-day workshop with Paul Cienfuegos co-sponsored by People for a Peaceable Planet, the Green Party of Skagit County, and the Whatcom Peace & Justice Center.

Join provocative discussions and exercises exploring the hidden history and root causes of the rise of corporate power. The workshop will guide participants in: critiquing the fundamental shortcomings of how citizens are currently challenging corporations; crafting effective strategies to recover our democracy from corporate rule, with specific focus on existing local campaigns and actions across the country; and learning the lost art of 'democratic conversation.'
