The Health Care Issue is NOT Finished! Donna Smith is a featured patient in the movie SiCKO, and like many of us, she is fed up with the state of the health care system in the United States.

Since her appearance in the movie, Donna has founded American Patients for Universal Health Care (APUHC), and has been very active in fighting for free and equal health care for everyone. She tours the country and speaks about how we need national single payer health care to achieve a just and sustainable health care system.
