Death Penalty Law

The ACLU of Washington Whatcom County Chapter is presenting a free continuing education class for lawyers, and for lay people, on the history of capital punishment in Washington State and current litigation and legislative efforts challenging the death penalty locally and nationally.

The event will feature Mark Larrañaga, former director of the Death Penalty Resource Center and Seattle University Law School adjunct professor. This event is free and open to the public.
