Election Observer Training

Whatcom County has a good paper-based vote-by-mail system. Election Observers help ensure that the tally is an open public process. Observing is an informative essential service, requiring only some training (Oct 19) and occasional observing October 14 - Nov 24. Anyone interested in being an Observer for the General-09 Tally, please contact Jim Fox (647-7039) now.

We need to give the Auditor advanced notice of the number of trainees, so please RSVP to Jim by Oct 15. Training will be held in the Auditor's Basement Election Center.
