Election Observer Training

Election Observers are needed for the Primary and General Elections.

Observing the inner-processes of Whatcom County's relatively good tally system can be interesting and important as it helps ensure an "open public process." Volunteers must attend an annual training session, after which they are free to observe the various Receiving, Opening, Checking and Counting activities -- generally several hours per your own schedule, during the month-long election cycle.
