By 2 p.m., Friday, September 18 - Bring plastic tarps for groundcover to the Dem office with your name on them.

Friday, September 18
Noon – 4 p.m. Sort & Price
5 p.m. Pick up goods and store in your car until Saturday morning, then deliver to the sale site at 7:30 am Saturday
6 p.m. Haul supplies to the sale site. A truck would help, but bodies also needed.

8:45 – 11:00 Work the Sale
10:45 – 1:00 Work the Sale
12:30 – 2:30 Work the Sale & tear down

It’s never too late! Just bring your donations to the sale before 8:45 a.m. Please see list below of things we can not accept. And a huge thanks to everyone who has already donated to this year’s sale.

YARD SALE PURPOSE: The funds are for this year’s important get-out-the vote campaign to help elect Democrats to local offices; and to increase our visibility, and continue growing our base.

PDC RULES FOR DONATING: Anyone can donate up to $49.99 of fair market value goods without the Whatcom Dems needing to keep track of the donation or money received from them. If you donate more than $49.99 worth of FMV goods, or purchase more than that amount, we need your name, item descriptions and fair market value of the goods. We will have forms available at the cashier’s table, or you can jot the information down and give it to one of our cashiers.

WCDCC RULES FOR DONATING: We cannot take mattresses, upholstered furniture, Computers, computer monitors, broken electronics, games with missing pieces,toys which are not in good shape, paint, building materials, or anything overly large or unwieldy.

AND TO EVERYONE: Please remember to give us the fair market value (yard sale value) of your donations if the FMV is over $49.99.
